Negotiated Agreement

This agreement is made and entered into by and between the Overseas Education Association (OEA) and the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA). The purpose of this agreement is to comply with 5 U.S.C. 7101 by establishing a basis for orderly and constructive dealings between OEA and DoDEA.
